Lockheed Martin Logistics Engineer in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Responsible for the successful development, execution, and delivery of all Logistics artifacts (LRU list; Critical Spares; Consumable Parts List; Packaging, Handling, Shipping, and Transportation Plan; Maintenance Task Analysis; Source Maintenance Recoverability codes); MTBF/MTTR analysis; GFE coordination, tracking, management, and inventory management for the SBIRS S2E2 mobile units. This includes, but is not limited to, task execution and delivery in accordance with the schedule and within budgeted costs; artifact coordination and development; peer review coordination, communication, and closure; proactive, frequent, and clear communication within the team, across functional areas, and across companies to ensure program success; provide weekly schedule status, impact, and recovery status to leadership; support as required for program meetings; mitigate road blocks; and strategic initiatives and/or process improvements for cost and schedule savings. Travel may be required to Boulder, Greeley Air National Guard Station (GANGS), and Buckley AFB. Support as a back up to the Asset Manager.

Basic Qualifications -Experience and background in Logistics -Experience with MTBF/MTTR analysis -Experience with Poisson calculations -Metrics establishment and tracking experience -Understanding of DoD Logistics Requirements and Principles

Selected candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level security clearance.

Desired skills -TS/SCI Start -Logistics experience with mobile units -Experience with cost and schedule management -Experience with Systems Engineering Principles and the Systems Engineering Lifecycle -Prior SBIRS and/or S2E2 experience
