Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking an Engineering Planning Analyst to help support a program located in Colorado Springs, CO. The engineering planning analyst will work in an engineering team providing life cycle engineering support to projects on theSustainment and Modernization of Radar Sensors (SMORS) program.

Roles and responsibilities include:

·Preparation and coordination program plans and schedules.

·Determine, monitor, and review costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements.

·Support and participate in negotiations with customer.

·Formulate and recommend corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.

·The engineering planning analyst will participate in formal milestone briefings and informal technical interchanges with the customer, and work with project/product team to accomplish successful product delivery.

This position is contingent upon program award.

Basic Qualifications:

·U.S. Citizenship and must hold an Active Secret clearance.

·Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technical, Engineering or Math with 6 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 4 years of experience.

·Familiarity with the project systems engineering lifecycle.

·Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·Experience with radar systems

·Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, team oriented environment

·Self-starter - efficient in achieving goals and proactive in pursuing subsequent tasks

·Familiarity with MS Office suite of tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
